    [Videos] add property 'subtitles', sort by votes 

It would be very useful to be able to sort videos by subtitles and votes.

I find not so useful (to say the less) videos without subtitles to learn a language even for advanced level.
So a new 'subtitles' property for videos as a checkbox would be very welcome.

For users who add videos on Polyglot, there is a page on how to add captions on youtube videos.
By the way, youtube allows to search only captioned videos.
They have also a preliminary feature to caption automatically English videos which is very exiting for us.

Also to be able to sort by votes is needed.
