I can't for the life of me access my email or send anyone a message.   Every time I click on "my mailbox", or attempt to send a message, I get directed to a page that asks me to select my country, then it asks me to direct my city.

Then, when when I do this, it takes me to my profile where it indicates the following:

Host a polyglot at home? » Update my profile!

So, I update my profile, click OK and STILL .. back to the same thing! ...... over and over and over again!
What on earth am I supposed to do?????
