Explore Trouble shooting

This is going here because there is nowhere for me to contact support on this website. Awesome.

I  signed up and donated money to Polyglot for VIP  status. Upon leaving PayPal and returning to this site I  received an error from Polyglot. The charge went through, but I  have no proof that I  am, in fact, now a VIP. Can someone from support please address this issue and contact me?  And put a link for Contact for Godsake.
