Mailbox issue - profile update Hello there
Thanks for keeping up this great website.
I want to inform you of an issue that may affect other users too.
When I try to access my mailbox I get asked to update my profile (select country and city), but no matter how many times I do it, I still get asked the same question and I can't read my messages.
Could you please check it out and help me find a way to access my mailbox?

I'm having the same problem.
Browser: Google Chrome
OS: Ubuntu
It works if I use Firefox, so I'm using that for now, but I'd rather not have to open another browser for this.
I was able to consult my mailbox last night using Chrome.
[edit] And I am once again able to today.

Hello everybody,
I have checked your profile and did not see anything wrong.
I have check with both FireFox 3 and Internet Explorer 6
Does the problem still occur ?

Hi! The same problem occured with my mailbox.. Did anybody helped you or you've just gave up using the mailbox??

Hello!
I posted a message in a forum, everything went nicely, got a message from a person interested (I guess) in learning a language but I cannot access my mailbox 
. It would be very sad to lose a friend for this reason. Could you please see into that please?

i have the same problem. i add myself to Luis, and ask you someone to help!!!
being not able to read messages is pretty disturbing and not nice at all...
