I have invited a friend to join PLOYGLOT but she is not able to do it. The system tell her she cannot register twice, but she has not even started to register. She has tried with different usernames but with negative results. Is it possible to check usernames before continuing registering.

I enclose you the message appearing when she tries to do it. In the enclosed file I have remove part of the e-mail address to respect privacy, but I can send it to you through the Polyglot message system. Can you check it and help us?
