Hi everybody,

I am actually leaving my appartment on the 1st of june, because I am moving into another appartement, and I have a notice of living of three months, I am already sure I am going to take the new appartment on 1st of june, so I must pay the tow last months to my agency.

Thus I looking for someone to replace me in my room during thoose two months. And I thought polyglot community might help me with this because it would be more appropriate for foreign people to take an appartement only for two months.

-About the room:

It is about 20m², with a velux and it has carpet on the floor, I can let it fooly furnished, or if you prefer but I dont think so I can take out my bed and stuff.

the price for the room is 620€ with charge( electricity, gaz, water and net by WIFI ) but as I really need somebody to take it we can still discuss the price.

-About the appartment:

it is a little house of about 100m² inside paris close to the ourcq canal, the buttes chaumont parc and the villette parc( city of science, city of music...), the closest metro are laumiere on lane 5 and Crimée on lane 7,  it has a little private patio (barbecue when the sun is on, and aperitif obviously) and a common garden inside the residence.

The appartment is fully furnished it has a bath, WIFI fridge, oven, microwave oven, HIFI and a big projector to watch movies and play wii with your new roomates.

-About the roomates:

Johanna is new in our appartment she is taking the room of my roomate since 12th of may shes swedish and very nice and kind girl.

Bruno who is my roomate since the begining, he is nice too but is working a lot and come home usually late, and his girfriend caroline whos often at home, shes very kind.
