Favourite forums in languages other than English?

That's one thing I'd be really interested in... Which non-English speaking forums are you active in? Maybe it would be a good thing to introduce them here briefly, as they could provide a great possibility to improve our language skills. (My French for example ^__^)

So, just give the URL, the main language, the topic (if there is one) and whether the community would be happy to accept language learners or rather laugh about their mistakes.

Im going to start with:
The Otherboard
language: German (though we have a few French and Spanish speakers as well, and language-learning threads for uhm... English, French, Chinese, Latin, Quenya and toki pona at the moment)
topic: none. which means: everything.
We are a small (but very active & even growing) community of teens, let's say, between 12 and 20 mostly. The reason for founding it was some kind of revolution in another forum, which had too strict rules and a bad level of discussion in our opinion. So we, the self-defined outcast, set up our own platform for discussion and celebrating differntness.
We have become a bit more mainstream with all the good and not-so good side effects, at the moment we are promoting higher-level discussion again (to slow down the overtaking gaming threads), and it seems to work. Every topic can be talked about, though we have mostly ethical and society-related ones right now. There is a place for art & creativity as well , especially writing, drawing and photography (we also have small contests). The place seems to attract many those people who feel different and may have troubles finding like-minded ones in real life, which leads to a warm family-like atmosphere.
We haven't had the situation so far, but I imagine most members would be happy to help anybody with their German. After all, all this being "different" has to be of some use =P

I'm curious for your favourites!
