May be it'll be a contestant of Polyglot, but it's a bit different site. It has the same idea, but a little more alive.

I don't know if all of those pages are 100% free, but at least there is information, which you can use for free. I think one of the authors also gives Japanese lessons for money, but as said there is at least much free information (if not really everything is free), so it is useful
