I agree wholeheartedly. Misunderstanding happens where people are speaking the same language imagine what would happen if you can't understand the other person's language. I'll tell ya! Disaster.

One other thing, it is easier to get someone on your side by just saying one word in that person's language. It is like you have just used a magic wand!
