I'm 29 years old, female, calm, discreet and cool

i work in temporary jobs for the moment and waiting for replies for long term jobs but i'm serious and have enough money to pay for years. I think i'll stay at least till the end of may 2009.
my guarantors will be the government or my company.

i'm looking for a if possible furnished room in Paris (at least refrigerator) or in a city with a subway station, 350euros maximum, water, electricity, gas included. I can also share a room with a girl.
I'm open minded, talktative, i can cook, i can be
discreet (earplugs for the music or tv, i don't
organize big parties), i am quite cool and calm.:)
BUT i'd prefer a non smoker.
i will work and study at the same time and go back
visiting my family almost every week ends.

I ACCEPT PETS (i have a very small dog, clean, with short hair and almost not smelly (only a lil bit in the summer) BUT i can leave her at my mother's house), but i prefer fishes or dogs (cos the
odour of cats' pee is strong)
i'm looking for a cool person, quite calm too and discreet and if
possible who is able to speak ENGLISH cos i'd like to
practice it (my level is rather fluent).
To my roomates, i can teach FRENCH as i'm fluent with it and CHINESE (mandarin and a lil cantonese) to
advanced chinese speakers if possible.
i will live in paris in august but i'm looking for a new appartment for september.
