Germany wants to observe people who invite many foreigners The German government had the idea of observing all people who seem to invite many people who need a visa to stay in Germany. For example when I invite many different people from outside the EU, I might be regarded as somebody who brings people illegaly to Germany.
I hope that this law will not be passed. It's discriminating against everyone who tries to solve the problems between different countries and cultures. In my opinion it's a racist law.
Do you know if in any of your home countries such a law exists or is planned?

well, probably it sounds discrimination but not racist. i think your goverment has reasons like so many unemployment and worry the new comers would appear new problems. It's normal because you are living in advanced country and people around the world love to come to europe.
in Indonesia, about VISA it's not difficult. anytime, anyone can come here. Our goverment policy gives VISA on Arrival for some months for travelling or to stay and to work here, the VISA process is not complicated as long as have job skills.
As developed country, indonesia are very opened to anyone :)

It does sound pretty racist,but i don't think it has to do mainly with that.It's mostly because there's a big unemployment rate throughout the world and most countries and cannot offer a financial support to more immigrants.In Greece there is no such law from what i know but i know that there are many illegal workers in my country whom the state cannot support so there are left with no support.From what i've heard the USA have a very strict immigrant policy,but perhaps an american would enlighten us on that
