Group for victims of rape/para víctimas de violacion After recently being raped in Spain I am starting up a friendship group, I have now moved back to England, but would also like to help those in Spain since I know there is little help over there too.

I know what you mean, I'm feeling better, but like you said there's always something that hurts, and it feels like things are changing all the time... each week it's something different that's on my mind, it's a really hard thing to get over.

how are you? difficult to answer i know.... people say you will be ok... but all what i know is that life keeps moving but something inside still hurts... u try to forget but u cant....but somhow with time even u cant forget all start to be "better"...
