    Banned in Chatroom, why? 

Hi, I've been trying to find any direction to write to website admin but it's impossible. I want to know what is hapenning witrh my account because when I try to connect to the chatroom appears the next message:

You are banned from the channel #polyglot

I never did anything wrong at chatroom I think, what I should do to return to the chatroom without this problem?
