I'm looking for native English speakers

My name is Pavel. I am from Russia. I've been learning English for 3 years (on my own) and would like to improve my language skills. I was studying English at school and at the university but it's not enough for me. I need more practice because I am working for American company at the moment. I would be glad to communicate with any native English speaker and would help you with Russian in return.
