my english etc for japanese?

Hi ^^

I'm learning Japanese in school now and if anyone wouldn't mind helping me practice, I would appreciate it. My Kanji is pretty horrible and I really need to work on grammar structures so it would kind of be like working with a beginner > ///<

But I would be willing to help with English and I also have knowledge in Korean, Polish and German.
