Canadian looking for English/Turkish Exchange
I have studied Turkish on my own for about a year.  My Turkish grammar is OK but I need lots of practice in conversation.
Born in Hong Kong but moved to Canada many years ago, I am fully bilingual (English and Chinese/Cantonese).  Given that Canada is about 9 hours behind in time than Turkey we can talk only in weekends initially.  Later we can arrange to talk in the weekends at a time suitable for both of us.
I am looking for Turkish speaker who wants to practice English (or Chinese, or Italian). I prefer to set pre-arranged, regular time to practice, with a person who is serious in learning English.  I am a Chemist and have published a dozen papers so my grammar is excellent.  Studying a language is not just learning the vocabulary. It is also learning how to put the words together correctly so others can understand. ![]()
