Hello my name is Paul and I would like to ask you some questions concerning Joinville. I am from Kingston, Jamaica. I am planning to travel there end of December/early January and to stay there for a while. Can you get me into contact with people in Joinville who I can stay with for a while and who can help me for orientation and socialization and getting to know the place? It is better to know someone to help you anywhere you are going.


I can help you with your English and cultural exchanges. I am planning to travel to your beautiful city in end of December or start January. I am a Jamaican from Kingston, Jamaica. I need contacts in your city and people to help me around until I get settled.I need to make friends very quickly. I need that when I arrive in Joinville I can go to someone living in that city that can help with orientation. Maybe oneday when you go to Jamaica the same I can do for you? Are you willing to assist a foreigner?

I am very sorry for your troubles with the floods. I hope that things can get back to normal soon as possible.

I am a black Jamaican and I would travel to the city of Joinville in January. The reason why I mentioned that I am a black Jamaican is I would like to know from your prospective and experience what type of a place Joinville would be for me? How do you think that I would be treated as a foreigner and black Jamaican? What type of mentality do the people of Joinville have?Are they open-would they be opened to me? Being mostly of GERMAN stock would they be like Germans or would they be more Brazillian by culture and habits?

What would be my ex`perience in your opinion of someone like me in your beautiful city?

Could you put me into contact with sympathetic minded individuals who could help and assist me in your town for at first just help and orientation?

What do you say and what is your advice?
