In order to organize a meeting, you need to organize at least 2 weeks in advance.
When : what day and at what time are you going to organize it ?
When you have set a day and time, we'll send a mailing to all the members from Barcelona.

ok i will be more specific about the meeting location so i explain how to find the " hotel rialto" at calle de ferran 42 in barcelona.
