Merhaba (hello) Fatih,

this meeting is on weekend and there is a runing festival for all folks and all roads will be closed. sisli, Taksim, mecidiyekoy.

So update meeting organisation.

I also will have a meeting in November..

Good initiative, Fatihaltun! However, three days is a little short notice for a Polyglot Meeting. You should plan at least 2/3 weeks in advance, to allow all participants to mark their calendar. In addition, I suggest that you contact Funda, the Polyglot Region Administrator for Istanbul. Her pseudo is "fundaselin", and she will help you set up this Polyglot Meeting.

I slightly edited your post, and deleted your email address. This is because it is easier if ALL the participants communicate in only ONE forum and that ALL can read it simultaneously.
