Thank you for your meeting proposal,

This section is made to attend or create meetings.
To create a meeting, you have to decide on a time, a place and
describe what you want to do for that meeting.
If you don't describe very precisely the meeting, I cannot send a email to the members.

If you don't know yet where or when the meeting will take place, at least say exactely what
you want to do for that meeting. Go to a bar, visit a museum, go to a park,
organize a party at your place ...
Regarding time and place, you can ask the question in the meeting text : for example you can say
"Do you have any idea on where such a meeting could take place" and "When would you be available ?"
