Hello

I don't know if I'm allowed to write what I want to say in this web page, so please forgive me if  it bothers you in any way.

My name is Jun from S. Korea.

Thesedays, I'm finding  studying  abroad  quite different  from what I had been expecting before I came here.

As the place I'm staying is quite a small town (Guildford) there doens't seem as many opportunities or things to do as I  could  have in London or bic cities. You know..  the  cost of living is  even as much expensive as London ! (Posh people live here :(... ) 

Being deperate, I thought it would be nice to go and have some connection wiht people in London as it's not very far from here although I'll have to pay for my ticket! I know it sounds a bit silly for some people but I really want to improve my English in a practical situation not only reading a grammar book  or Oliver Twist 24/7 at my petty little room !!  I need some new experiences.

I found this web site some days ago and now I'm hoping to find any person interested in learning English together or exchanging each other's language.

Hello,

I'm a French living in London (close to ealing broadway).

I would like to improve my listening comprehension, so if some people are interested in having a

drink sometimes, or going out, it could be great. I would like to improve my English by meeting

people and going out instead of being in an English school after work.

Hello members 

Well, I noticed the mail about the meeting in London the eve before the event, I  could have gone to the meeting in London on Friday, the  28th of  March if I  got the time. Unfortunately, I  am usually  busy on Friday night. 

So, if anyone can let me know about a future meeting in London or just create a meeting in London in the future. I will be delighted to go to one of them.
