Learning languages is kind of my hobby, but up until now I've only learned English, a little Spanish, and Cantonese. (Now I'm mainly focusing on improving my English.) I think language exchanges should be based on a mutual helping. While I'd love to learn other languages like German or French, I haven't started to learn them at all yet. (So, it might be hard for others to teach me.)
