I was in Moscow and near metro Baumanskaya I've found good cafe "Kopeika". Every week at thursdays the poliglots meet there without any preliminary arrangements - Every thursday at 19. this cafe is democratic and the prices are low. May be we  can use there  experience and meet so in  our city?
