How to make Italian man love you

Hi!

I&rsquo m Russian girl who fell in love with Italian man. He moved to St. Petersburg from Switzerland and he is the best man I have ever met.

The day I met him was the best day in my life. But now I&rsquo m the unhappiest girl in the world because he doesn&rsquo t love me. I did my best to make him love me. I even started to learn Italian. But he doesn&rsquo t love me.

So I came to a conclusion that Italian men don&rsquo t love anybody except themselves.

They look good, have good manners, say so many sweet words but they do not love.

Girls! Be careful with Italians!

They will make you love them, make you mad about them, but won&rsquo t spend a bit of their feelings for you!

okayy, sorry about your loss and broken heart, but not all Italian men are like that...wait....it's not  Italian men, it's just the man you met, so don't be judging all the good guys out there..cause my great grandpa is Italian, and he fell in love with my great grandma, and treated her with love and care, and still loved her even after she died, so that's just bullshit, not all guys are the same.

it is so much difficult. i know how exactly natali feels. it is so way out of it. i have italian guy who i really like as well. but really, same like natali. he is way out of it. i think someone in the forum telling the right thing to do. you really have to play hard to get. seriously. no offence, but italian guys are full of egoism. you have to keep him wonder. and then only you know if he is really into you. usually, they will come after you when you're not bother at all! really. i am in the same situation as well. so, lets try and see how it goes! good luck natali, and me too! *sigh*

well i think italians are very affectionate .. they are great lovers.. my bf is an oz of italian origin.. and he's the most caring bf i've ever had... therefore, we cant generalize the idea of italians being such bad partners..

Well, like Natali I am also Russian and I have dated two Italian men from Italy. One of them I knew was just to have fun and the second one was the first person I ever fell in love with. Last summer he asked me to live with him while I was in Italy. We had good times and bad times. Unfortunatly since I don't live there he decided that he could not handle long distance relationship and broke up with me. Of course the story is a little more complicated. I have also heard that Italian men are not faithful and even know some Russian women who have Italian husbands that hit them. I have been getting so much negative feed back on Italian men that I am confused whether it is true or not. I mean stereotypes exist for a reason, but after being with an Italian man it is difficult for me make up my mind. I still want to believe that everybody is different and love is an international feeling. If Italian men where so bad then how could the "Italian family" exist? I am interested to know what Italians think about this. An honest opinion.

Hi Natali.. I really feel sorry for your story i know how hard it is, one sided love... You still should not judge all the Italians bella.. I am an Italian guy and i was broken just like you were.. what happened to you could happen to anyone buy anyone Italian men have the reputation of being great loooking, good talkers and a lot of women desire them a lot, i know this by experience because i am one of them . some females when they see me and know how i am Italian they just go like " You italians are so gorgeous". However this is not true..there are ugly italians as well as good looking ones but it's very true that all of them know how to talk to females, they even say an italian man flirts like he breaths .. i am not saying i am different, i do the same it's in the blood but many of us love and really want love.. I wish you the best and this is coming from an Italian man Marco Albertini

Im sorry for your troubles. I am in love with an Italian man right now. He is 32 im 25. We are both grad students at a university in NYC. We met in a very uncanny circumstance, it happened by chance as if fate pushed us both at each others ways. I havent dated any Italians before so I am unsure whether I should take everything he says with a grain of salt. he is Italian after all. In Italy, Ive heard, men can be so passionate about amore that they could sound so romantic etc etc. Anyway, weve been dating for 8 months now. He is VERY good in bed and very handsome. In the middle of the night when he stirs from sleep, he kisses me and tells me "I love you." I think Im in love with him but I am a BIT scared because of all the stories Ive been hearing of Italian men. Im sorry again for your troubles w/ your bf. I hope you could find someone that will be good to you.

natali, I think that you should forget this man and enjoy your life. In the world, in the universe there are so many creatures that you can love and worth to be loved much more than this man. Think this why is he so older and haven't arleady settled down? because he has a family or his brain doesn't work very well, it's a maniac. (THIS MAN MUST BE PUNISHED FROM GOD TO HAVE CHEATED A YOUNG GIRL)

Natali, I just got back from Italy 5 hours ago where I spent the best week of my life with the most gorgeous man I have ever met. I had a fantastic time and although I knew I was falling for him I didn't say anything as I was pretty sure he didn't feel the same. Then I caught him looking something up in his dictionary before we left for the airport.... and just as I was leaving to board the plane he told me that he loved me. It's hard to even think about right now as I know there is no way I will see him for at least a few months but it made me realise that I love him too, very much. His friends are some of the most friendly lads I have met, in any country, and the single ones were more interested in having a good time together than sleazing on women. I have absolutely no idea how this will turn out but my advice to you is to let things take their natural course and don't give up on men (Italian or otherwise) just because of one bad experience.Your bloke is obviously not worth the pain you are going through. Most of all just be yourself- My biggest nightmare was for my Italian to see me after a week of no make - up, sea hair, mosquito bites and sunburn, but he still told me I was beautiful this morning. Take care sweetheart and try to keep smiling x

I am sure that not everyone italian can´t fall in love. I have met italian boy 5 day before.. we were so excited about each other, that at ther secdond day we were together, i knew, he would have to left in few days, but it was impossible to let him go without having something with me... Know I know i will never see him again, but instead of that i am so happy we were together..[br][edited by janja on 2005-08-09 11:50:07]

 As far as we know, the italian stalians lose their girls when we are around. That is why they don't like us when girls are around. Call us Latin Lovers or Don Juans, we don't care. We really know, not only cook and how to please a woman, but be romantic, dance, and be creative with fun. Ask someone who had a puerto rican as a boyfriend. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: [br][edited by Daemoniumm on 2005-07-27 00:15:30]

Natali told the truth to the Italian man she loves... He was very angry... And he said he didn't want to hear anything from her anymore... As I supposed this story wouldn't have happy end.

Hi everyone! Natali wondered how to be love by an italian, and i disagree with all of those who adviced her to be a copy of his other girlfriends. I believed he has liked them for a night and Natali don't wish to be a one-night-girl. Natali, be yourself, he will never love you if you play a role. Show him you can make effort for him like learning italian, and be more mature (if that is what he reproches to you) and he will appriciate you for who you really are. That's the only way! For me, I'm going out with an italian for more than a year now, and I've always been myself and he says he loves how spontaneous I am and the way I speak italian with my french accent. Be yourself, make him love the girl who is inside

Whoa! many blows and few below the belt. Elo, I can love you if you want to. Ladies and Gentlemen! We have some exchange here of point of views. Very interesting ones indeed, from fairy tales and lies to deception and truth. Now we are wondering... Did Natali said the truth??? How did the italian guy reacted? Natali! if you are around please inform us because we would like to know.
