This is a very good idea to suggest a meeting in taipei :)

Please condisder that this section is dedicated to meeting organisation (that's to say more than 2 people, if you want to meet only one penpal, please contact him/her directely).
As there are a lot of members here, I would suggest you to set a place and a day
once a you have chosen a place and a day, i can contact the members from taipei to inform them about your meeting.

I think you can expect from 5 to 10 people attending this meeting according to the nb of members in Taipei
