Standard Moroccan Tamazight Vocabulary → Food and Drink → Food Vocabulary

As a Tamazight speaker, I'm thrilled to introduce you to the food and drink vocabulary in our language. In Morocco, food is more than just nutrition; it's a way of life. It brings families and friends together, and it's an essential part of our culture. From traditional dishes to modern cuisine, Tamazight has a rich vocabulary to describe all types of food and drinks.

Let's start by learning some basic food and drink vocabulary:
