In today's lesson, we will be discussing the conditional mood in Javanese. The conditional mood is used to express a hypothetical situation or an event that could happen in the future. The conditional mood is formed by using the verb 'bakal' (meaning 'will') followed by the infinitive form of the verb. For example:

  • Bakal nulis - I will write
  • Bakal mikir - You will think
  • Bakal ngomong - He/she will speak

The verb 'bakal' can also be used with nouns to express a wish or desire. For example:

  • Bakal dadi guru - I wish to become a teacher
  • Bakal milih kanggo nyambut - You will choose to accept
  • Bakal nggoleki uang - He/she will collect money
