Berber is divided into different dialects (Tameslayt = Dialect; Timeslayin = Dialects).

Taqbaylit = Kabyle (Algeria)[edit | edit source]

Tacawit = Chawi (Algeria)[edit | edit source]

Tacenwit = Chenwi (Algeria)[edit | edit source]

Tamzabit = Mozabite (Valley of Mzab in Algeria)[edit | edit source]

Tacelhit = Chleuh (Algeria and Morocco)[edit | edit source]

Tarifit = Riffian (Region of Rif in Morocco)[edit | edit source]

Taγdamsit = Berber of Ghdames (Region of Ghdames in Libya)[edit | edit source]

Tamaceγt (Tatargit) = Tuareg (Algeria; Morocco; Libya, Niger; Burkinafaso, Mali)[edit | edit source]

Itargiyen γur-sen aksum aras acku si zik i zdin d yifriqiyen iberkanen maca ar tura tutlayt-nnsen d tamaziγt. Tuareg people are dark-skinned because they were mixed with some Black people of Africa, but their language still is Berber.

Also the original people of Canary islands are from Berber origin and their language "Guanche" is from Berber origin.
